Will I be in control during hypnotherapy?

Yes — completely. You’re awake, aware, and fully in control the entire time.  

Hypnotherapy is simply a deeply relaxed state where your mind becomes calmer and more focused, making positive change easier.

Do I need to talk about my past?

No. Solution‑focused hypnotherapy is forward‑looking.  

We focus on where you are now, how you want to feel, and the steps that will get you there — without revisiting painful memories unless you choose to.

What if I can’t be hypnotised?

Most people can.  

Hypnosis is a natural state your mind enters every day — like when you’re absorbed in a book or driving on “autopilot.”  

My job is simply to guide you into that calm, focused state in a safe, comfortable way.

How many sessions will I need?

Everyone is different, but most clients notice meaningful changes within a few sessions.  

Some choose short‑term support, others prefer a longer journey — we’ll decide together based on your goals.

What happens in the first session?

We’ll talk about what’s been going on, what you’d like to change, and how your mind works when you’re stressed or overwhelmed.  

You’ll also experience a relaxing guided trance, so you leave feeling calmer and clearer.

Is online hypnotherapy as effective as in‑person sessions?

Yes — many clients actually prefer it.  

Online sessions offer the same level of support, structure, and effectiveness, with the added comfort of being in your own space.

What if I feel nervous about starting?

That’s completely normal.  

Many clients feel anxious before their first session, and almost all of them say they feel calmer within minutes.  

You don’t have to have the perfect words — just show up as you are.

What should I bring or prepare?

Just yourself.  

For online sessions, choose a quiet, comfortable space and headphones if you have them.  

For in‑person sessions, wear something you feel relaxed in.
